Der Bach Grmečica entspringt unter dem Berg Jelovica und mündet bei Nomenj in die Sava. Seine Schlucht ist sehr interessant, sie ist steil, wasserfallartig, und für das Canyoning wie geschaffen, natürlich mit Sonderausrüstung und Führer.

You can access Saint Hemma and Grmečica Waterfall through the railway underpass right behind the railway station, direction Bled. Continue on the walking road to the new bridge and turn right to get to Grmečica Waterfall, or left to get to Saint Hemma. The walk takes about 30 minutes.
