The Nature Forest Trail Rožek includes biological and forestry topics and interesting natural, cultural and historical particularitiesof that area. The Trail is approximately 2 km long and it leads along a nice forest logging path. It is well equipped with the necessary signs and facilities and is appropriate for both school children and for families wanting to take recreational walks through the cleanest area of our environment - the forest.  
The trail, which starts in Podturn, follows a pleasant forest path and has twelve stopping points with information boards. Learn from practical examples how to determine the age of a tree, how to distinguish beech from hornbeam or spruce from fir, what is happening on the forest floor and in the crowns of trees, how the foresters clear and thin forests . . . Enjoy the refreshing walk through the wonderful mixed fir and beech forest. At stop 5, inspect the collapse doline created when the ceiling of a large karst cave collapsed. On the bottom of the doline are large stone blocks and one of the lowest habitats of spruce in Central Europe. At stop 10, visit the Jazbin karst cave. As late as 1887, it was still being used for cold storage by the Soteška brewery. Only the first part of the cave is accessible to visitors. The trail ends at the small lake that is the source of the Obrščica and a stroll around the arboretum.
