At the village
Čezsoča the
Soča River flows widely over the vast pebbled sandbanks and divides into several branches with river islands in between.
Nowhere else in Slovenia can one find such vast sandbanks with river islands, and they are rare in the
Alps as well.
In the summer the pebbled sandbanks are ideal beaches for the tourists who love swimming and sunbathing.
Everyone can find their secret spot here, where they will certainly not be disturbed.
