The Bojc Pottery boasts more than two hundred years of tradition in this handicraft in which the entire family is engaged. Useful pottery vessels are created on the potter's wheel, and the skillful hands of the Bojc family also create various whistles (among which the characteristic Ribnica horse is most popular), Christmas creches, and figurines of Saint George on horseback as well as items to order. They prepare and use the local natural clay without any added materials.
