Slovenia's most important international
airport is located in Brnik, 25 kilometres from
Ljubljana, the capital. Several foreign carriers fly from the airport but the largest number of flights are operated by Slovenia's only airline,
Adria Airways, a member of the
Star Alliance.
Ljubljana Airport is open every day from 6:00 until 22:00. The airport terminal has a restaurant, a bank, a post office, a Duty-Free shop, boutiques, a tourist agency, a car rental agency, air taxi service, and express shipping company. Numerous carriers offer regular flights to Slovenia: Adria Airways, Austrian Airlines, Swissair / Sabena, Aeroflot, Avioimpex, Montenegro Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Czech Airlines.

Aerodrom Portorož/Portorož Airport
Portorož airport is open from 8.30 to 20.00 Summer time, and from 0.00 to 16.30 Winter time. It is small international airport (runway 1200 m, asphalt, lighted) and it has: Duty free shop, car rental, restaurant, taxi service, hotel and restaurant reservation, air taxi, panorama flights, pilot school.
Aerodrom Maribor/Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport
Maribor Airport is open from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm. The terminal building has a restaurant and a duty-free shop.
