The historical/ethnological collection entitled “Od planine do planike” (From Mountain Pastures to Edelweiss) presents the heritage of alpine pasturing and the pastures, and the cheese-making tradition of the Soča area, on the basis of which the Planika Kobarid Dairy was established, which is upholding the tradition of making cheese in the traditional manner, which you can sample.
