Thematic trail “Konšca” will acquaints visitors with the way of life in medium-height Slovenian mountains.

You can experience a part of the thematic trail »Konšca« by a mountain bike, but only along forest and local roads.

You can start your bike tour at the end of “Lom pod Storžičem” village (you can park at the fire brigade house, 700 m). After a few hundred metres along the road leading to “Grahovše” village turn left at the crossroads via “Potarje” settlement. Pass the »Špan« and »Odričar« farms and then go along a steep asphalted and then macadam road to »Na Strmc«. A forest path leads you from the »Pr' Tič« farm to a viewing point called »Na Boštu«. There is only one kilometre to a branch of the forest path, leading to a hurdle-gate on the »Spodna Konšca« Alpine pasture. From there you can walk to the hut where you can get some refreshments and rest. You will surmount 750 m altitude in only two hours. You can return to the valley pass the »Na Bošt« viewing point and then transversally over the forest slope of »Konšca«, pass the »Pavšl«, »Gabrc« and »Rekar« farms, to the “Grahovše” village in the “Lom” valley.
