Children can play in the barn, enjoy the swings, and run freely in the meadows. The farm's food specialties include mushroom dishes, gnocchi, homemade meat products, and various traditional pastries; and to work up a healthy appetite, you can wander in the nearby woods along quiet forest paths gathering berries and mushrooms, explore the countryside on bicycle or horseback, go swimming in the nearby river, or in winter ski on the slopes of Kalic or go sledding on nearby hills. In addition to Postojna Cave, there are many small, lesser known caves to explore on your own such as Markova jama and Županova jama only 500 meters away - plus, your hosts will be more than happy to take you on a day trip of your choice.
