On the southern, always sunny side of the Pohorje mountain range on the edge of a small idyllic village you will find the Arbajter farm. The house stands in middle of a deer and sheep farm at an altitude of 970 meters and has a beautiful view of the Dravinja River Valley.

Venison and lamb dishes served with bread prepared in the open oven are a specialty of the Arbajter farm. The bread goes well too with venison goulash prepared in a kettle in the open air. They also have delicious blueberry brandy, homemade venison salami, pršut (prosciutto), and štruklji and other desserts. Vegetarian food is served as well, and diet menus can be arranged.

Son Andrej will bring a smile to your face when he stretches his accordion. The farm offers many possibilities for family and school excursions. If you want a peaceful break, a rest in the tranquility of nature, hikes past Pohorje springs, wintertime skiing on snowy Rogla Mountain, and swimming at the Zreče Thermal Spa, then a visit to the Arbajter farm is the right choice.
