After a sharp left turning at the beginning of the village you will find a restaurant which has been welcoming guests since 1838.
Approximately 40 years ago the parents of the present owner Mr Stojan Skok, bought the restaurant. It is famous for prosciutto sliced by hand and served with genuine home made bread, gnocchi with venison, ''jota'' soup and of course crystal clear Teran wine from the nearby Karst.
To add to their guests' enjoyment of the wonderful dishes offered, the restaurant was refurbished in the 'old' Karst style. Mainly old – of course restored – furniture from before WWII was used and souvenirs from the beginning of the 20th century were hung on the walls in the form of paintings and postcards.
In the summer months guests can relax with bocce on the bocce court or watch horses on the nearby farm.
