You can reach Slovenia by coach from numerous European cities. There are even direct coach services from cities thousands of kilometres away, in Sweden or Denmark for example. All international coach services stop in Ljubljana. In the summer months there are good bus connections between Ljubljana and the towns on the Adriatic coast.
