A dispersed settlement with more than one central point scattered farms in predominantly hilly setting southeast of Velenje. It s made up of the hamlets Spodnja Črnova, Zgornja Črnova (Lower and Upper Črnova, respectively) and Dobrova. Near the manor house Dobrova (Gutenhart) from the 17th century a new settlement of one-family houses has grown up recently. In Spodnja Črnova there is an intersection where roads to the Dobrna valley, Velenje in the lower Savinja valley meet.
