 This Alpine pasture lies on the western side of Lake Bohinj. It is enclosed by the powerful Pršivec and Komna peaks and on the southern side by Vogel ski center. The Savica waterfall, fed by Triglav seven lakes, is not far away.
Automobiles : From Bohinjska Bistrica to the lake and further on along the lake to Ukanc - on the crossing by the camp Zlatorog to the hotel or another 4 km to the waterfall Savica.
Railway : By train to Bohinjska Bistrica and the by bus to the last bus station in Bohinj by hotel Zlatorog. Bus : Buses from Bohinjska Bistrica and further on to the capital Ljubljana every hour. Ship : By Touristboat Bohinj from Ribčev laz by the bridge and St.John`s Church to the other side of the lake at Camp site Zlatorog in Ukanc.
